  1. Returns and Refunds for Goods

 

 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- The item must be in the original packaging.

- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided, including the return authorization number in the package.

 

 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on your card issuers policies.

 

 Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Service Cancellation

- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.

- Cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund.

- Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled service: No refund.

 

 Refund Process

Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and will be issued to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on your card issuers policies.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

 

- Custom-made items.

- Items purchased on clearance or sale.

- Items damaged by misuse or neglect.
